Login into Facebook using Public DNS Server
At times your school admin might have blocked the access to Facebook or YouTube at the DNS level. In such cases, simply changing the location of your IP address may not resolve the issue.
Every website on the internet has an IP address associated with the domain name. Not all website has a unique IP address, but companies like Facebook and Google have a unique IP address associated with their URL.
If your school admin blocks the IP address of Facebook at the DNS address level, then you have to change the DNS address to access blocked Facebook account. Here is how to do it.
Open Control Panel, click Network and Internet Connections.
Open Network Connections and right click on the connection status icon.
Select Properties from the options. Select ” Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).”
Now in the DNS Server Address section, put these values. 220.127.116.11 18.104.22.168
Now save the settings and try to open Facebook. You should be able to access Facebook without any problem now.
Alternatively, you can also a free DNS software called DNS Jumper. It allows you to change DNS server on your PC with one click.

4. Unblock Facebook using Proxy Sites
Proxy sites are the go-to thing when you are unable to open any website for any reason. Be it region specific restriction or your admin-created limitations. Proxy Sites makes your connection look like coming from some other place. Hence your ISP ( Internet Service Provider) won’t be able to block it.
So, if Facebook is blocked in your school you can use websites such as this:
There are more proxy servers available online that allows you to unblock Facebook, but since I did not use them, I cannot recommend them. I mainly use Hidemyass Proxy for testing purpose.
Note: Do not use any proxy server you find on the internet. Some proxy servers may not be secure, and you can compromise your account due to this.
5. URL Shortener Can Open Blocked Facebook
URL shorteners allow you to shorten any valid URL instantly. They are fast and of course free. What you can do here is that, use the URL shortener service to unblock Facebook and YouTube at school. Here is how to do it.
Go to Bit.ly or Goo.gl.
Enter the URL that you want to shorten, for example, enter Facebook.com. Click on Shorten my URL button if any.
The website will give you a shortened URL of your entered URL.
Now copy the URL and paste it into your browsers address bar. Hit enter to open it.
Since your school admin might not have blocked the shortened URL of Facebook in the host file, you will be able to access Facebook without being blocked.
6. Use Mobile Version of Facebook to Unblock It
All the major social media and email service providers serve their mobile visitors using the mobile version of the website. For example, mobile Facebook users get redirected to m.facebook.com; Twitter users redirected to m.twitter.com and Gmail users redirected to m.gmail.com.
So, the possibility is that the admin at your school or office or college may not have blocked mobile version of the website. As a result, you can open Facebook using the mobile version of the URL you want to open.
